You will need to generate an API account before using the app to export your coupons.
To do that, go to Advanced Settings -> API Accounts- > Create API Account and click on 'Create V2/V3 API Token'.
Make sure you select the "read" option for the "Marketing" resource, save your changes and a credentials file will be downloaded to your computer.
